Description

Maximus Ludo: The Road To The Championship

Four colors, one board, and that same old rivalry that's been getting siblings and roommates worked up for generations. Maximus Ludo drops you straight into the classic setup: pick your color, gather your four tokens, and try to rush them home before anyone else gets the chance. There's no dressed-up story mode here pretending Ludo needs a plot, and honestly, it doesn't. You're either racing the AI when nobody else is around, or you're sitting across from a friend passing the same device back and forth, trash-talking every bad roll. The AI plays smart enough to punish sloppy moves, so don't expect it to just hand you the win because you clicked fast.

Top Tips

Don't just move whichever piece is closest to the dice roll, that's how you lose games without realizing it. Spreading your tokens out early feels safer, but sometimes clumping two together near a chokepoint sets up a block that ruins the AI's whole turn. Watch the safe zones like a hawk; they're the only thing standing between your token and getting sent all the way back home after a rough capture. Sixes are gold, obviously, but don't waste them rushing a piece that's already halfway safe when a stranded token near the start desperately needs the extra push. Also, keep an eye on the AI's pattern over a few turns, it tends to favor advancing its frontrunner, so baiting it into a capture you can punish back is a real tactic, not luck.
